Baris Zavaroglu | Turkcell - Director of Digital Media & Entertainment

Baris is Managing Director of TV+ - an affiliate of leading telco company Turkcell in Turkey- with more than 20 years of experience, working for several international companies in media industry.

Before joining Turkcell, Baris was holding various executive roles in consumer, media and entertainment area managing subscription-based business, route to market strategies, content and technical platform management. Baris worked as Head of Marketing, Digital and Corporate Communications in Turkey, Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa at The Walt Disney Company and then served as Vice President in charge of Digital and Marketing at Fox Television Stations.

Now in Turkcell, Baris is the Managing Director of leading Tv platform “TV+”. Among the topics he focuses on is TV, music and gaming in Turkey and global market.

Barıs holds a master degree of management from Pantheon Sorbonne University. Baris is a member of an amateur rock music band called "Version1".
