Cathy Flaviano has been head of the SRGSSR streaming platform ‘Play Suisse’ since April 2024. Prior to that, she was Head of the ‘Culture and Society’ department and a member of the Executive Board at RSI for five years and, slightly earlier, Chief of Staff of the Culture department at SRF.

Further stations in her journalistic career led her from private radio and television to the SRG radiostations, where she worked as a presenter, producer, editorial manager and project manager for trimedial content.

Cathy Flaviano was born in Basel in 1967, where she took her first professional steps in the media while still at school. She has a degree in psychology and business communication.

Matej Loncaric, Chief Digital Officer at CME Adria, joined the company in 2023 and he is responsible for Digital Operations in Slovenian Pro Plus and Croatian RTL. Under his leadership, the new unique streaming platform of RTL in Croatia – Voyo – was successfully launched. He has previously worked on developing digital strategies and business plans for various media brands at Styria. Loncaric is the brain behind the largest Croatian video platform for Generation Z – Joomboosa, and he has also spearheaded the development of other brands such as Joonglaa in Slovenia and Roosvaaj in Serbia. Prior to his role at CME Adria, he served as the director of miss7 and the video department at 24sata. His career began at Nova TV, where he held positions as the editor-in-chief of dnevnik.hr and a producer for new media. Loncaric is a graduate of FER in Zagreb and holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Space Technology Engineering.

Till started in the IPTV/TV business in 2006 when he was the lead of the TV-launch project of Deutsche Telekom, being responsible to implement the IPTV-product of Deutsche Telekom in Germany. After successfully launching the IPTV product Entertain (now Magenta TV) he was nominated to become P&L-responsible for the entire TV customer base of Deutsche Telekom, before he founded his own TV consultancy company where he worked for TV companies like e.g. Sky, Sport1, ARD and UPC.
Prior to joining NPAW, Till worked in different Startups in SaaS and Media businesses as CMO and COO, helping these companies to improve their business model and to scale, by providing strategic direction and implementing successful processes and Marketing concepts.
Till joined NPAW in April 2020, and worked as a CMO for more than 3 years before he was announced responsible for the Business Unit Video Analytics in 2023.
He holds a Master in Economics from University of Freiburg, Germany and studied Marketing at UMASS in Boston, USA.
